  • Went there tonight for my Christmas Eve dinner, and had the most amazing time. The food and atmosphere were nothing short of incredible, but the absolute highlight of the night was Andrea’s service. He nailed every single recommendation, from the starter to the dessert, and which wine to pair with our meal. Absolute 20 out of 10, incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the menu and his clients’ taste. Top marks!

  • There were two of us, and I ordered a salad with duck which they made gluten-free while the other person ordered, medium cooked steak. Both of our meals were delicious! We chose this place to celebrate my graduation and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was very beautiful and dark the noise was moderate, but we could still hear each other and the waiters were very attentive. The only negative thing was that it was extremely cold inside the restaurant so it’s worth to take a sweater or something warm. I highly recommend to make a reservation because you won’t regret going 9/10

  • We had an excellent experience overall — the service was genuinely first-rate and the food was very good throughout. The starters and dessert were both delicious, and the minute steak had a lovely flavour. The only disappointment was that it arrived cooked well-done to very well-done rather than the medium-rare we’d requested. That minor issue aside, it was an excellent meal in a great setting. One note for diners: a 12.5% discretionary service charge is automatically added. While that’s clearly stated, it’s a little disappointing to see at a restaurant carrying Gordon Ramsay’s name — I’d expect a place of this calibre to ensure staff are fully compensated without passing that on to customers.

  • Visited here yesterday before going to a concert with my mum. First time I've been here and as soon as we walked in the door the service was amazing. Happy, friendly and attentive waiting staff. Really made us feel welcome. Then the food.....what can I say.....it was delicious. Would highly recommend and will be back. So pleased my mum took me.

  • Had a lovely meal here on 30th November. The service was amazing, I haven't ever been anywhere where we have had service like this. Kirsty (I think that was our servers name) was the nicest person and made our visit even more special. We had lovely roast beef and thoroughly enjoyed it. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Thank you

  • This was simply sensational. Upon arrival, there was an issue with our booking that could easily have spiralled in a negative way. However, the exceptional service levels meant that not only was it resolved, but they went above and beyond and made the occasion even better. I ordered Meatballs to start (oh my goodness, they were divine. That cheese sauce is just incredible) and my girlfriend ordered the prawn cocktail, which was also very tasty. We both had the confit duck for main, which was just so full of flavour and delicious. Even the sides, of mashed potato and carrots, were as good as we've ever had. Then they surprised us with a nice dessert at the end, for a birthday gift. Huge shout out to Eamon, who is the epitome of perfect customer service, and to Nala, who was very professional and friendly. Our view of the city from our table was stunning too. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

  • I had a fantastic meal at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Edinburgh. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. I ordered the Fish & Chips, and the cod was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful—very vibrant and stylish. Highly recommended if you are in the city!

  • We walked in for an early dinner and were seated quickly. The service, ambience and food were excellent. I had the burger and my partner had the fish and chips. Both were delicious. The gin and tonics were fantastic too. I tried the house special and it was the best G&T I’ve ever had.
